Book and platform

Almost everyone has access to AI. Few make it count.

The AI Lab Method is the practical way to put artificial intelligence to real use in a company: responsibly, with judgement, and so that efficiency turns into genuine effectiveness.

Free. The introduction as a PDF, straight to your inbox.

Impressive in the demo. Hard in practice.

Almost everyone has tried AI. Few bring it into regular use, and fewer still get real value from it. The dividing line does not run between those with access and those without, but between casual and serious use. That is the gap the method closes.

Book and platform

The book is the snapshot. The platform is the living method, growing as the models change.

The book

  • Introduction, 20 chapters and an outlook
  • Around 40,000 words, one running real-world case
  • 30 figures and infographics
  • In print and as an e-book

The platform

  • Read and search the full text online
  • Worksheets, canvases and templates
  • Slides for every chapter
  • A method chatbot for your questions
  • MCP: the method inside your own AI (coming soon)

MCP

Put the method inside your own AI.

Connect the platform to your own chatbot over MCP and apply the method directly to your tasks, your data and your environment. No other business book can do that. MCP access is in preparation and will arrive as part of membership.
